Catering service
We will base it on the exact quantity, including food, beverages, and personnel, indicated in the final quote.
The service attention time will be according to what was agreed upon in the final quote (event duration).
The catering service will begin at the time stipulated in the final quote (time).
We need a setup space with water and electricity outlets to work properly.
The proposal includes disposable tableware that is of very good quality and very elegant.
The menu remains subject to the proposal sent via email, and any last-minute changes must be reflected in the proposal at least 48 hours in advance.
The service will be confirmed via email by leaving a 30% deposit of the cocktail price in the account number appearing at the bottom of the page. The remaining payment of 70% of the total price must be made before the start of the service.
Once the catering service is confirmed, modifications to the time and/or date cannot be made.
In case you wish to cancel the service, 10% of the total price will be withheld for administrative expenses.
The mobility cost is referential; it may vary according to the location where the event will take place.
The quote does not include waiter service.
